Christopher began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Financial Markets, Real Estate practice, where he advised clients from private equity funds, pension funds, REITs and other large institutional investors. Christopher’s responsibilities included the quarterly valuation of a $3B portfolio of 80+ Class A multifamily properties located throughout primary and secondary markets in the US.
Most recently, Christopher worked for a Manhattan Developer where he was responsible for the management and execution of the business plans for a portfolio that included 1,000 luxury apartments in Manhattan, over 600,000 square feet of office throughout the New York metro area, and 100,000 square feet of retail. Additionally, Christopher was responsible for the development and management of a $500M, 40-acre, mixed-income transit-oriented development site.
Christopher’s focus areas include sourcing investment opportunities, evaluating financing scenarios, debt and equity valuation, lender-buyer-seller due diligence, underwriting, and market research. Christopher works to maximize the value of the URS portfolio.
