Lisa Urso facilitates the CFO role and senior oversight of financial operations of the URS portfolio. Lisa is responsible for maximizing the NOI of each of the firm’s assets on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.

She started her professional career on Wall Street at the New York Federal Reserve Bank. She was a Credit Risk Specialist, focused on commercial banking institutions with credit exposures of over $1 billion. For several years Lisa also served as an Independent Consultant to several premier investment banks on Fed related projects. Her extensive finance background and asset management experience on a variety of real estate investments adds tremendous value to the team. Lisa is a graduate of Fordham University and holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from NYU.
